Just pierce the film, pop in the microwave for 3-4 minutes depending on the Watts.
No microwave? No problem! You can also heat our meals in the oven, just pop the food onto an oven proof dish or even in the air fryer with tinfoil around and heat until piping hot. Follow the instructions on the packet for more info, then heat and eat!
Yes, all of our meals can be frozen. Freeze them on the day you receive them and they will last in your freezer for up to 3 months.
How do I defrost the meals?
Place the frozen meal in the fridge on a plate for one day or at room temperate for 12 hours to defrost.
Can I cook the meal from frozen?
Yes! Just increase the cooking time by 50% or use the defrost setting on the microwave, and make sure the food is piping hot. Always follow the label instructions.
The meals and macro splits between Muscle Gain and Fat Loss are exactly the same, but Muscle Gain meals are 35% larger than Fat Loss meals. We just increase the amount of Protein and Carbs in each meal for extra gains 💪

The allergens are all highlighted in bold in the ingredient section on our labels and description section when you select each meal so that you can avoid putting these dishes into your meal plan. Our kitchen currently cooks using every known allergen, and while every care is taken to make sure there is no cross contamination between dishes we cannot guarantee there will be none.
